Your membership to New Heights includes more than 15 fitness classes at no additional cost to you! Kickboxing, indoor cycling, core and body blast are only a few of the many classes you get full access to without having to pay extra! Group exercise at New Heights is a great way to burn calories, strengthen your heart, lungs, and muscles, lose excess body fat and build confidence. At the same time, you'll meet lifelong friends and you'll have FUN doing it! Our certified instructors will take you through a safe and effective workout and will offer hi and low options depending on your fitness and energy levels. Join the group today!

Begin to CYCLE

25-30 min - New at Spinning? That’s great! Come join the beginners and learn the safety and technique to become great at it! This class is a requirement before you join the regular scheduled classes and must be signed up for in advance. A min of 1 & max of 3 times to this class per person. If the time doesn’t suit you, we’ll do a one-on-one intro to get you started safely - just let us know at the front desk.

CYCLE

Hop speed bumps, climb hills & race your way to fit! These high energy classes are instructor lead and take place on upright bikes in the spin studio and are meant to assimilate outdoor cycling. Proven to burn up to 800 calories per hour, tone and strengthen your legs and core and aid in fat loss. Low impact too! Everyone can do it. Take them at your own level.

Endurance CYCLE

If you’re looking to build stamina, lose body fat and improve your long distance riding, this ride is yours! It’s 75 minutes of long distance endurance training that is proven to use fat as the main fuel source – translation? Expect fat loss. Challenge your body & your mind and come ride with us!

FASTER

Join our sports specific specialists to train like an athlete – whether you are one or just want to challenge yourself. This 30 min workout takes place in the aerobics studio & sometimes outdoors utilizing the latest sports & balance equipment (bosu, speed ladder & more) Walk away with a tool box of new exercises and a stronger, faster body!

SLOWER

This low impact workout is for all ages and all fitness abilities. If you're looking to exercise, stretch and relax all in one this is your class. In this class you will see fat loss, an increase in strength, flexibility and range of motion, all in a joint friendly way. It will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to start your day.

Fitness Kickboxing

40 - 45 minutes - Punch & Kick your way to fit & have fun doing it. This high energy class works every muscle group and provides attendants with a great cardio workout and amazing calorie burning – the biggest calorie burner in the schedule. Bring your hand wraps - you’ll need them for the standing bags.

STEP

45 minutes of step aerobics just like you remember it. Improve balance, tone & strengthen your legs & butt, burn fat, improve core stability and co-ordination and sweat your way up the stairs! If you want a lighter but still effective workout, join us without a step.

Core

30 minutes of abs & low back strengthening. Core training is proven to improve overall strength, balance, & decrease excess body fat - no impact, for every fitness level. Take this one at your own pace. Come try it out!

Body Blast

This class is a 45 minute full body workout that combines cardio with weights for effective fat loss. You’ll use medicine balls & free weights in ways you’ve never seen before! Want some exciting new exercises and a great workout?! Come join the class.

Yoga S t r e t c h

Get leaner, longer, invigorated & relaxed. This 45 minute class combines traditional YOGA positions & breathing with modern flexibility training for a total body stretch and relaxation.

NEW ZUMBA

This class is not included in the facility membership. An 8 week session of ZUMBA starts Sept 13th. Members & guests must pre-register for ZUMBA on or after August 1st in order to guarantee their spot. This exciting new class will have you MOVING and GROOVING! It feels like dance and sounds like dance and is even as FUN as dancing is but is actually a calorie burning, heart pumping cardio workout that requires NO dance skill whatsoever. It combines Latin and international music and features aerobic and fitness interval training. Come see what everyone’s raving about!

YOGA-LATES

This 40 minute class is amazing for improved balance, muscular strength and flexibility. It’s the fusion of Yoga and Pilates. The combination provides a challenging full body workout with absolutely no impact on the joints. Improve your balance, core strength and flexibility while experiencing the sculpting and fat loss benefits that come with total body conditioning. You’ll be amazed with how quickly you see results!

POWER YOGA

This class is ALL the RAVE in the world of YOGA! It’s 40 minutes and is a full body workout combining traditional yoga progressions with athletic calisthenics. The benefits range from fat loss to improved flexibility and core strength, as well as improved athletic performance for serious and not so serious Runners, Bikers, Swimmers and all other athletes. The combination of impact with athletic integration and yoga means you’ll need your towel! Every fitness level welcome!

Stretch N Roll

This 30 minute class will have you feeling soo great you’ll be begging for more! It utilizes the latest tools in myofacial release, in easy terms, this class will loosen up every tight muscle in your body – even the ones you didn’t realize were tight. It’s like going for a massage at the gym! This class is great for anyone who experiences chronic muscle tightness, muscle imbalances or regular joint impact / discomfort.

Gliding & Kettlebells

This 40 minute class has you using the latest and greatest fitness tools to give you a calorie burning, heart pumping, full body workout! Use gliders to lean out your thighs, tummy and butt and use kettlebells to firm up your arms, core and legs. Expect RESULTS! Not only will you love it, it will give you the variety you'll need to get and stay out of those nasty plateaus!

Butts & Guts

This 30 minute express workout will target your tummy, thighs and butt to tighten, strengthen and firm all those wabbley bits! It's FAST but effective and will get your heart pumping and burn those excess calories to help you lose weight and feel great!

30 minute Beginners Combo

This 30 minute express workout is for anyone new or newer to fitness who would like to try everything classes have to offer! Lose weight, increase energy and experience a variety of workouts such as kickboxing, free weights, step, core, gliding, ropes, circuits and more. You'll never get bored!

Gliding

Want to try something new, fun and challenging?! This 30 minute workout burns calories and body fat and will leave you sweaty! It's easy to do and is great for every fitness level. It's low impact, joint friendly and will increase cardio vascular and muscular strength while giving you a FUN, exciting workout. Mix things up a bit and come GLIDE with us!!
